I've just bought a new set of SLX M675 brakes. They have not yet arrived. I want to buy some spare pads too, but I cannot work out which ones I need, nor where to buy them from. Any ideas?

G01S is plain style (no fins) resin
G01S also resin
G03S metal sintered
G04S also metal

FINNED
J04C metal with fin
J02A resin with fin

shimano consolidated them all into a few types a few years back, not sure the difference betwen serial numbers but they are all the same size and i believe thickness

deore/slx/xt all run the same

i tend to buy in halfords when 342 offer £6.99 a pack or until end of july they are doing £5off£30 or £10of£50 spend, discount added at checkout

I also have these brakes, and was similarly confused. The tech doc makes it fairly clear now I think:

The spares I have are F03C, but I think the old G01A I have for my Deores will also fit.
