I HAVE A 10 SPEED XT CHAIN SET WITHOUT RINGS, WILL 9 SPEED RINGS FIT AS ALL MY GEAR IS 9 SPEED?

Only if you turn the caps lock off first.

You don't need to change them, they'll work just fine.
