Shan hardtail, anyone got one? Are they as good as they say? Should i get one.

I've got one and couldn't be happier with it. Miles better (for descending & handling anyway) than other hardtails I've owned (chameleon, soul). Geometry is perfect.

Depends what you like though. Although not in the super heavy category, its not the lightest hardtail out there.

Echo those comments. It's pretty 'robust' but one of the most composed HTs out there. Geometry is just about spot on.

frame's about 4lbs Brant

I reckon my fully built one with 819s and lyrics isn't far off 30lbs

Yep echo what's said above great frame does it all climbs ok and goes down great, plus 3 for the gulf colours :D, mind you the new ltd colour is looking very nice.
