hello,
I've read on here before about how your company can set up cycle to work instead of going through a scheme. I just can't find the thread after a good search.
So does anyone have any advice, examples of paperwork needed to set it up, or can point me in the right direction.
My LBS did say if i do it outside of the cycletowork scheme they can look at giving a better deal, so any help greatly appreciated.

We set up our own scheme earlier this year, thus avoiding the 3rd party facilitators such as Cyclescheme, enabling us to purchase direct and secure a better deal.

you will find plenty of info. plus their standard forms and documentation which you can download and adapt for your scheme.
After setting up the scheme it's quite simple to run and would recommend sending it off to HMRC for approval
