for a friend. Anyone got a guide or is it just a standard jobbie?

Undo the bolts at the bottom and pull off the sliders.
Clean the seals and stantions, grease up with somthing like super slick grease and put back together.
If you want to get to the springs you'll need a special tool or you can attempt to get the top caps off with some grips etc.

nice one. Figured that's all it might take. Will give it a crack. Serviced my toras so I'm not too worried about these.
