Just a quickie regarding a purchase I made recently from Senditcycles.
Ordered a used Chris King headset, which turned up in excellent cosmetic condition, if a little grubby & was pretty pleased with what I'd paid, until I noticed the steerer/base plate wasn't correct.
After a quick email, I got an immediate reply & a brand new one was ordered & sent to me within the week, at no extra charge.
Just thought I'd recommend someone I thought deserving, as generally folk, me included, only post if we want to complain about something!
