I used to use Parcel2go but they are saying the box is too big on all their couriers. Who do you use?

Geoffj do did think about saying "thats how I measured it" p4d is looking at £35 I have never paid more than £20 in the past. Has posting bikes been penalised by the couriers?

you'll find there's a max dimension that you've tripped over (or the sum of the three) or a weight limit - work out which one it is and try and reduce box size a bit (not much can be done on weight).

Maybe post wheels in a separate box but same consignment if that'll reduce price?

Knife and Tape to modify the size of the box. You are probably 5-10 cm's out. Get the max dimensions and see what you can do

I looked at all the max dims and I am way out most are around 100cm in length where a bike box is 170x100x30cm.

P4D say;

To keep costs down the longest length of your parcel should be no more than 150cm.

any way to trim some length off the box?

I sent a dh bike in two boxes for less than £20 using parcel2go and Yodel (DHL).

Its a ball ache, but cheaper than trying to get a company to take a big box.
