Can anyone email me a copy of the 100k route i can transfer to a new map And do any locals know i there is any shooting going on in certain areas to avoid ?

Im fairly sure i have the route committed to memory but woul be nice to be able o refer to something when my mind blanks or we have to detour for any reason. ๐Ÿ™‚

We rode the 3 Breathen to the Yair bridge bit last week, still fun but it will be wet, as it pi55ed down last night - and its very overgrown due to the sheer level of rain this summer.

Don't have a map, when are you riding?

Check strava or Garmin Connect. You can download .gpx files from Garmin connect really easily.

You'll remember it.

Duchess Drive, Minch Moor Road, Three Brethren, Yair Forest, Elibank, Inners, SUW and descend whereever you fancy back into Selkirk.

From 3 Brethren just head down, 2 parallel singletracks, and follow through down the 'quarry'.
At the bottom go left.
Follow fireroad and bear left at junction after downhill section.
Climb a bit and the singletrack is on the right.
Singletrack (watch the collapsing bridges).
At bottom go right, and then take the first left.
Follow fireroad and take the first singletrack right (almost to the fireroad junction).
Follow fireroad until at the top and a singletrack climb is at 10 o'clock. Take singletrack up, and down - follow to Yair.
