I've got a bike that has not been used for a while and just tried to move it and the brakes are seized on. The wheels are not turning properly and I noticed that the levers feel very hard to operate, almost too firm. I don't recall having such a problem before.. Any ideas of what I can try or what might be the cause. The brakes are formula K18s if that makes any difference.
