[#761991]

Following on from a previous stolen thread I'm now looking at a propper security chain etc..

What length for a full suss without to much slack 1.5m, 2m or 2.5m

I reckon 2m should be enough but just thought I'd ask the STW massive what lengths their using for a guide

I went for a Pragmasis in 2m length as it also had to extend down to the ground anchor and fit 2 bikes. Longer the better as you can always wrap any slack round the bike.

Kinda depends on where your ground anchor is located - I have a 1.5m and 2m chain. Only reason to have it tight is to make cropping harder but IMO you're better off getting an uncroppable chain and then getting the length that's most convenient. Angle grinders don't really care how much chain is available.

I have a 2m uncroppable chain. I can lock 4 bikes to the ground anchor with it.
