I have a new orange five frame on the way so i need to buy a new seatpost. I'm 6ft and i've ordered an 18" frame, would i be better to go for the 410mm post or 330mm? I'm not sure what length would be best as i put my seat up for climbing but when i get to the descents it goes down.

Get the 410 and saw the excess off.

Good call on the 410, same height, same bike, same frame size - I have 410, no need to cut of excess.
