I need a replacement seat post clamp of 31.2mm but I'm struggling to track one down.
Google it seems is not my friend today.
Can anyone help?
possibly a daft question but is it def a 31.2 clamp or is that the size of the seatpost?
No, not a daft question.
I get mightily confused with all these numbers but the seat post is 27.2mm and the clamp is 31.2mm - I know this as it is etched onto it.
It does seem to be an unusual size though as most come in at 31.8 that I've seen
I will have a look in my bag of clamps later. Dkg always made the best clamps IMHO
I'd be tempted to just get a 31.8mm: loads more choice and doubt 0.6mm will make much of a difference. Can you get hold of a 31.8mm to try?

I think I may have a solution.
Westbrooke cycles where I git the bike (a Scott) have sourced one from Scott and are sending it through.
So a great big thank to them fir that but an equally big thanks to all who've spent some time having a look for me.
Jerome - I you do manage to find one I'd still be interested as a spare.
