seat clamp size for my summer season is 29.8mm, can I use a 30mm on it ok?

Yeah, I think that's what I've got on my Inbred - 30mm hope on a 29.8mm tube.

Will work, but you can get some that are 29.8 like Thomson, mind you it would be a shame to waste a Thomson on an on-one.

Looking for a quick release so that rules thomson out, wouldn't be wasted on an on-one, just be a bit overstated 😉
