Hi, just wondering if anyone can help. I have a 31.6mm seat post, what size seat clamp will I likely need? Hope do a 31.8mm, is this the correct size?

pretty it depends on the external diameter of your seat tube, not the post.

I dought very much that it'd be a 31.8.
That's only .2 of a mm bigger than the seatpost.
The seatube tubing will not be that thin. 😉
A lot of frames with a 31.6 seatpin use 34.9 or 35 seatclamps.
Just measure the seat tube.
