After a pair of overshoes. I'm a size 8 in normal shimano spd shoes. Guy in shop says go for the large which says 9+ on the packet but the website says up to 8 is a M and 9-10 is a L.
He said better be a bit bigger so there's not so much hassle putting them on.
Any ideas/ experience?

The man in the shop is right - I bought some sealskins with the LEDs in the heels a few weeks ago.
I'm an 8 too, and the large are a struggle to get on, I'm hoping they loosen up a bit after more wears.
