Doing the SDW in a day tomorrow, just hoped you folks could confirm if the following taps are working?

Cocking, Truleigh Hill and Housdean Farm?

Also if you know of any on the route that are not working would be good to know.

Cheers!

Truleigh hill will be OK. newish tap and if it's not working, you'll be probably be able to get in to the hostel.

I'm doing this too. Good luck, maybe I'll see you out there!

Thanks, I'm aiming to set off from Winchester at about 5:30. Weather is looking good, if I can avoid getting lost then it should be a good day.

Taps?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Southern Softies

On exmoor you either take it with you, drink from rivers, or your own piss.

It's not on exmoor, though. And there are taps.

There are a few pubs too, a farm shop, an ice cream van, and a lovely deli. You should try it.

Hey ned, I finished in about 10 1/2 hours (pretty chuffed with that, was expecting more like 12), it was indeed a great day for it but I'm sunburnt now! How did you get on?

It's a flipping long way isn't it! Those hills after Devils Dyke just go on and on, thought I had seen the last of them after the climb out of Alfriston, but no, there was more. So, so glad to finally roll down into Eastbourne.
