Had some good days here in the past is it still a no no ?

They took a 10 ton digger to a lot of it so it just doesn't exist anymore and it's still a definite no no. I helped build it years ago and my folks still live nearby. I was there the monday after they said it would be closed and saw the digger killing it.
Try foel gasnach for some great dh trails not that far away.

we used to travel down there from Bolton to ride it ,was awsome espescially before they felled the trees on the top section with the log drop ,did you have long hair and ride a Kona steve?

Not me! Shortish hair and a very yellowy/orange cannondale in those days. Didn't get a real dh bike til 2002.
Have a look at the foel gasnach stuff they have some great trails.
