Hi All,
So the pivot maintenance saga continues. Pivots disassembled, bearings replaced using new RRP bearing press and ready to put back together. However, it is really difficult to re-assemble and I am now worried that the washers might be in incorrectly. Now, I have taken it to bits several times before but I am still worried.
Does anyone have a diagram or can anyone tell me which way round the red washers go?

I really just need some advice as to which way round the red washers go. Currently they are positioned with the flange innermost.
Any help would be appreciated.
