google says they'll be on some 2011 scott bikes in NZ and Aus, so I'm assuming they're either newish or perhaps only available overseas?
Certainly not one I've come across before...

That looks like the outside of Bikelab (my LBS).

It is Bikelab. And that's my new bike, but the wheels are Clive's. I asked him but he ignored that bit of my email.
