Always used Presta, are Schrader better for the bigger rims/tyres for tubeless?

I have a pair of 29+ wheels with stans hugo 52 rims. They are drilled for schrader and they sell tubeless schrader valves specifically for them. I think they do go up easier/quicker than presta.
