been thinking about buying a 29er scandal frame to build up as winter project.
before I commit to purchase, can i ask on one owners how favourably they rate the swap-out system?
are the 'swapout' dropouts durable...would they withstand 18 stone of me going through the (?M6??) bolts?
any experience of bolts shearing etc?
so far everything i've bought from on one has been A1.
thanks

IIRC they originated at DMR, so good for dirt jumping!

They are long chainring bolts.
Lots of weaker points on a bike.

Not DMR
Very solid

Very solid- I smashed one off a big kirroughtree rock hard enough to totally flatten one side of the dropout, no bother.
