[Closed] SBR/Bonthrone bikes gone into administration

From an email I just got from trading standards

We have been advised by Swimbikerun Limited’s Company Director that they are now in administration. The administrators, who are now running the company, are called RSM Tenon. We do not know at this stage whether the company is going to be put through liquidation, receivership or insolvency – it is in administration which keeps it trading as a going concern to see if the business can survive. [b]Unfortunately, this means that we cannot continue our investigation under the Enterprise Act 2002 against them. It also means that small claims actions cannot be taken against the company while it is in administration.[/b]

Even less of a good idea to buy anything off them at the moment then.
