I was following it on Twitter this morning.
"With power comes responsibility" - Derby Tory leader, Philip Hickson, tells Labour to decide whether to build a velodrome or not.
Whilst true, adding the words "loss" "abdication" and "of" are even more relevant. That's pretty low of the outgoing council to hand it over in that manner. They clearly don't want to be reminded of it in 4 years if it fails.
If you support this project email / phone as many Derby Labour Councillors as possible before it too late.
