[Closed] Saracen mantra 2.4

I'm looking for a bit of information on the mantra as Saracens site doesn't have much on it and they are taking their time with replying to an email.

My daughter is at the point of outgrowing her bienn 20 small and is at the point of fitting 24" wheeled bikes, she manages her brother's with the seat right down fine.
When looking at various bikes the stand over height can vary by quite a bit so before I go and get the local Evans to get one in for her to actually try it out I'd like a few details on the frame like stand over and reach as she is a petite little thing

Can anybody help?
