Has anyone seen one in the flesh at a bike shop yet?

I’m interested in building one up from a frame, but can’t seem to find one in the country! Stif are suggesting i need to order & wait for it to be shipped over from the states (~10wks).

It’s a lot of ££ to commit without seeing something. If anyone knows of any in a shop I’d love to know. Thanks

Was going to say if anyone has them Stif will, guessing they'll get first shout on newer ones to fulfill orders as well, was in there last week and with the bullit they're basically getting them in and straight out again, so i'd say it's definitely a case of getting your name down, especially for a demo.

I would echo the above, sadly I think it will be a case of going for it or not, and probably the same for a lot of/most bikes/frames at the moment.
I wouldn't count on a demo, I enquired about a demo a year or so ago and was told that they only have full sus demo bikes.
They are really nice looking hardtail frames but other than that I can't really help and doubt that if stif (being the SC distributer, I think)don't have any that anywhere else has. Although you might get lucky that a staff member has one you could try/see.

Sigma Sports have a complete medium in stock, although assume that it's not available for a demo

Good spot thanks. It’s last years model, but if it’s still there it will give a pretty indication.

They aren’t too far from me either...I’ll drop them a line...

Any enthusiastic comments from owners would be good to hear as well!

I've got a Highball CC 2 and I love it. It builds up into a light fast hardtail that looks really good! I can't get too excited about frame nuances, I doubt in reality that it rides any differently to other decent light carbon XC hardtails (Scott, Spec etc), but it's just worked for me and always made me happy for 5 years.

Joe Norledge had a 3 on long term test - there are some Bikeradar videos on it (e.g.

). He liked enough to buy it when he left - and rode it @ 22mph in our local lake TT a few times last summer.

I'm sure you'll be very happy with it.
