Heard SC had a shortish top tube for their size (that may have been year specific?) I'm the same size/leg as you and ride a small E120, that has a 23" effective top tube! weird sizings are everywhere!
Hi, I've got a blur Xc 06/07 I'm 5'11" riding a large, they do have a short toptube but mine feels good with a 90mm stem but I prefer the shorter feel as I find it suits my riding style.
Definitely go for a large. Made that mistake as I usually ride medium frames but bought a medium chameleon and found it tight on top tube size. Now have two sc's including a blur and they're both large. Enjoy.

A mate is 5ft7 and rides a medium and it's still not that long in the top tube (I'm the same height and found it a bit short even with a 60mm stem). Definitely a large unless you really like a smaller frame
6'1" and just got a large Blur LTc. The medium must be tiny!
