Anyone know where/if you can buy the tapered washer that sits on the pivot bearing? Damn things are made of cheese and I've stripped the hex on it (again).

Also, anyone know if the tapered washer would come with a replacement pivot bearing? Could probably do with being replaced anyway.

ISTR if you buy the "Pro Pack" it comes with all the bearings, pivots, washers etc.

Do you have an overdraught facility?

If you are the original owner you'll get replacements under their warranty.

Only the bearings get replaced on warranty, the washers on their own are reasonably priced

or you mean the cone shaped bit that you fit on the end of the axle to keep it in place? check the bolt, it should be separate and potentially a standard size. failing that lots of the axle kits include this part. if single pivot you'll need the propack as mentioned above

Yeah, it's the cone shaped bit - it's included in the propack so looks like I'll need to fork out for that. Cheers!

OP - I did the same and brought a axle kit. Let me know if you get stuck as I think I have one in the spares box.

Make sure you anti seize it when you fit it too, as otherwise they do like to hold on to the pivot axle.
