I'm trying to decide which would be better a Santa Cruz Tallboy built up burly or a 5010 built up more xc style (light as possible)
Has anyone out there built up a light 5010? what sort of weight was it and what did you build it up with?

Have an XL 2015 built up with Pikes and a Monarch plus, with Reverb,X01 groupset, DT 240 onto Light-Bicycle carbon rims, Carbon bars. Fabric saddle. Nobby Nic/Dampf tyres
26.75 lbs
Did have Revelations and a monarch on it and had a nobby nic up front as well that made it 26.2 lbs.
Its a fun trail bike

v2 Large carbon CC xx1 with Light Bicycle rims 2.35 Magic Marydoll and Nobby Nic. 27.4lbs. I think the V2 frames are heavier. Maybe more burly.
