need some new brakes for my singular swift, got some 200mm saints.
are they too much for the stays??

I run 180/160 on my Swift and find it to be more than enough.
Run 180/180 on my Soul and whilst the stays seem fine there is not much room to remove the rear wheel. (chainstay/rotor contact)

Yes - too much sorry Tony - max recommended rotor size of 185mm front and rear.
