Any chance someone could post a step by step idiots guide to setting up the correct sag for rear shock? Also, same for forks please.

Much appreciated.

forks as far as I'm aware - sit on the bike and sag should be 20 - 25 %. would guess similar for rear although I'm sure someone else can be more conclusive

Have you tried loco, mojo or tft? I think they all cover it on their websites with diagrams or video. Far better than I could do on here with just text.

Assuming they are air fork and shock, you just want to put in the right amount of air to achieve around 25% sag (but you can have more of less sag depending on personal preference) by getting on the bike in your usual riding position and tweaking the pressure until it's right.

http://locotuning.co.uk/tech-info.html for help, Si says to sit on the bike but I would always set it up in standing/'attack' position as that sets the bike up better for the riding it want it setup for.
