You'll get safety glasses for a lot less than £20. Went into Travis Perkins yesterday and they had some decent looking ones for a tenner..
uvex on the bay?

I've used Bolle for years, not this type but similar. Both as safety glasses and for riding. Excellent for just over £5. You should be able to find white ones if you have a search through,
Uvex pheos – not too sure you can get pure white, most companies prefer a colour tbh.
We banned those Bolle shown above as we had quite a lot go or start to go at the nose piece (look for slight cracks), Bolles prescription safety specs are perfect however.
I don’t like using them on the bike, despite the antifog coating on the Uvex my superior sweat glands easily overcomes it as there is not a lot of ventilation (as there shouldn’t be in safety specs), YMMV.
Thanks for all the info. Was just about to order some nice looking uvex and noticed at the last moment they were for kids..haha.
I just bought some Bolle Contour (ESP) and tried them out last night (sunny then into dark woods) - impressed for £6 worth. I prefer the lense type that don't have frames around the lower rim. They do a clear lens. Work well on my face shape.
