I'm in the market for a saddle harness + drybag since I love the fexibility that comes with it.
However looks like there's still not many options available:
- Restrap: bad design and sway-prone
- Alpamayo: dead in water
- Blackburn outpost: looks a bit sway and not too big at 11L max
- Revelate Terrapin 14L: seems to be the one but pricey and not available in europe
other options?

We've Wildcat harnesses but the Revelate look to be one of the few other makes that significantly reduce sway. Though the biggest factors there are how much you put in the bag and how you pack it.
That Tiger harness in the image above looks different to the old models using the dry bag closure as part of the retaining mechanism.
@fudge9202 - Not sure TBH. It's a sort of halfway house between harness and bag and the all-in-one roll top type bags such as Revelate (though Revelate have now moved to separate harness and bag).
Potentially less fiddly and cheaper to produce than the old style though there's still a strap going from bottom to top of the harness. I can see it being easier to get to something in the bag whilst out riding which definitely was a bit of a faff with the older style.
With the older style you could pack and close up the bag before putting it in the harness. Not sure how you'd do that now: pack and close then open once it's in the harness or pack and hold things together whilst putting it in the harness and then clipping it in. Might be a try it out and see sort of thing.

wow that kiwi thing is really interesting and minimal!
shame it can't fit more than a 9L drybag, but very nice design
