Since Rudy Project won't answer emails and the point of purchase has been as useful as a chocolate fireguard...has anybody in the UK replaced damaged lenses through Rudy's replacement policy?
Don't particularly want to send over to to the states/Canada and risk import duties...
Shouldn't pay import etc because they're not new.
Why do you want to send them across the Atlantic?
" Founded in Treviso in the Veneto region in 1985, Rudy Project has been a leading company for products made in Italy"
Pete, I don't want to but that's the only address I have for the replacement policy and no-one in Europe wants to answer my mails.
Thanks Njee, I noticed a difference between the US and Canadian fees so assumed there'd be a separate cost for European.
But they won't answer either...

Perhaps they don't offer it in Europe?
I have had their glasses for years and never heard of a replacement policy.
The EU site makes no mention of a replacement policy.
Also Italy goes on holiday for most of August and Eurobike is on.
You may need to wait until next week and try again.
Cheers Pete
I get my RP prescription cycling glasses through my opticians, they deal with the UK importers. I am very pleased with my opticians.
I am going to Italy to ride some Gran Fondos in late September, I am fairly likely to go to the RP factory, on my way to Valdobbiadene, to talk to them about my glasses.
Give Yellow a call, always easier over the phone. I have Rudy's and previously worked in shops that sell them and didn't know they did that deal.
