Are they any good? Looking at trying to source some cheap (£100ish) 2nd hand Tora's with U-Turn, as they are cheap, have travel adjust (wanting to find out how long I really want the forks), will take a reasonable hammering, not too heavy. They don't seem to come up on Ebay too often and very rarely on here. Is that because people stick with them or bin them?

Any thoughts would be welcome

Thanks

I have a single air tora 318 which has done well for the past 4 years. Can't comment on the performance as I haven't ridden any of the latest stuff, but it has been good enough for me. It is just back from a service after finally blowing a seal after 4 years of service and no washing 🙂

I have a Tora 318 U-Turn fork. They are very good in my opinion, compression and rebound damping plus travel adjust. The only downside is that they are a little heavy. They are good basic forks that do the job. The Rockhox Recon is pretty much the same as the Tora, but with Alu stanchions and steerer instead of steel.
