Do replacement steerer assemblies come with all the internals or is it just the tubes and crown?
Best place to get them??

Just the three tubes and crown. I would try Loco suspension first: not the biggest but very good on prices. Ebay, TF tuned or Fishers (RS distributor) after that. Although it usually seems to be the uppers that die on forks first, if your fork is at all old it would be well worth putting a wanted ad on the classifieds for a broken donor fork too: some sets of uppers are 'cross-compatible' from one model of fork to the next if the spring/travel etc are the same.
