Say, for instance, I wanted to reduce the travel of my 130mm Dual Air Revs to 120mm for a frame that's designed/'optimised' for 120mm forks. I guess that my options would be:
- stick a travel reducing spacer in (although I guess this only reduces the travel, not the fork 'height'?)
- run them at a lower pressure in the +ve and -ve chambers so greater sag
- put more air in the -ve spring only to pull the travel down
- not worry about it, it's only 10mm
What's the pro's and cons of each?
The travel spacer reduces the height of the fork so that option 😉
What Jonk said or if you can't be arsed it's only 10mm and likely to make very little difference.
Put a bit more air in the neg chamber (5-10 psi) and it will pull the fork down a bit, also giving a plusher ride 😉
The spacer is a fairly easy job on most RS forks, i might have a spacer kicking about somewhere. Its 20mm but could be cut down, its only a bit of rubber

Choose your travel in 2mm increments. Easy.
