silver maxle lite rev u turns, developed a light knocking sound when climbing with the fork fully active, it is when the fork extends to ful travel when there is the slight pull up on the bars when climbing, any ideas as to what it is how serious and should i be sending them back under warranty

I had a similar issue, getting top out knock on mine from new.
Sent them back rather than opening them up myself, but I suspect it was lack of oil in the damping side.
