Hi, yet again I have my Revs in bits!!
Problems not getting full travel.
Right at the mo they are half built (see pic's)
Just not getting all or most of travel with only the standard spring fitted, and the damper leg empty. The red spring should be to weak for 80kg body.

This last pic is from before and after some heavy landings and with the coils set at 115mm.

Any ideas please before I have to rebuild them?
can you get full travel with the damper assembly in?
if so that would imply the spring side is at fault. maybe the spring was mis-labelled, or were you able to get full travel before?
Never had full travel from new. Not tried the forks with damper only.
Its almost back together now. If its still no good the ****ing things are getting slung as I am totally peed off with them.
