[Closed] Routing internal rear brake cable

Hi,

Will be swapping over brakes from a mineral based set to Dot.

1) Any tips on how to swap the rear cables over?

Or can i just reuse the existing routed cable if I flush the old mineral oil out with Dot?

I would use a reverb hose tool if possible to connect the old and new hose together and just draw through.

You can stick a gear or brake inner cable up the old hose and push/pull so you have a guide for the new cable.

I would not reuse the hose if switching from mineral to dot.
