Evening all, i'm venturing out of that london up to leeds on sunday, and it would be a shame to go all that way and not make the most of the proper hills you lucky lot have up there
Does anyone have any suggestions/links to gpx routes of some decent rides somewhere nearby? And even better would be a suggestion of a good hostel/bike friendly b&b to stay? And for the brucie bonus, is anyone planning a ride on Sunday afternoon who would like a bit of company? (warning, as a fully paid up southerner i will be puzzled by descents that last longer than 10 seconds;-)

Leeds not north peaks, your best bet is the dales, check out some classic routes at http://www.mtbthedales.org.uk/

Sorry, also if you want to stay Leeds based check out http://www.singletraction.co.uk/index.php and look for Stainburn, it's just above Otley, not far from Leeds. It's an eye opener..........
