Is there anything (web or desktop based) that will store a library of segments (e.g. routes between towns/villages) and then quickly merge these together to form complete rides? I'm planning out longer road rides now and it's getting a bit tedious clicking on the same roads over and over again with bikehike/garmin connect/etc.
