Anyone know how i'd be able to remove the bloody sh1tty plastic pretensioner that Shimano supplies with their chainsets, seeing as i have rounded off the one currently sat on my bike?

Jam a big screwdriver in it, oh and loosen off the clamping bolts first as they sometimes compress the pre-tensioner, making it hard to remove without damage occuring.

I was going to ask that too, but then thought he may have rounded it removing it without undoing those clamp bolts.
