Hi all.

Has anyone used a Dremel to drill out a rounded off rotor bolt? I've got a drill but i don't think i've got a small enough bit, any idea what size i would need? Was thinking 2 or 3mm.

Cheers
Dave

Use a hacksaw to make a groove across the top of the rounded rotor bolt, then use a screwdriver to remove.

You're better off filing a bit of a flat onto 2 sides then using a pair of molegrips/stilsons with the teeth in good nick. IME.

If they are hex heads you can usually tap in a slightly larger Torx bit & get enough purchase to slacken them
Worth trying before you resort to cutting tools
