When you get down to three you can start to worry.

If the bolt has snapped then it should come out fairly easy.
And I've ridden for months on 3 bolts.
The rear is fine.
Looning downhill with a 220mm on the front...hmmm.

Bolts reach full strength after 3 threads are engaged so should be fine
