Hi all i've noticed on the commuter/hack bike that my back pads are clearly more worn than my front ones, can i rotate the front ones to the back and vice versa? Any one see any problems with this?

I know replacements are only about a fiver a go (but it's just till the end of the month till i get my new dandy horse!) ๐Ÿ™‚

cheers!

More life left in the front pads y'see and the rear ones are have nothing left on them! So by swapping them round i don't have to spend money on a bike that's goin to sit in the garage for x amount of years.

You must be insane to not want the better pads on the front.

You could, nothing wrong with the idea really, as long as they can be set-up to work just as well as before. Its not like they get worse because they are a bit worn is it.

Personally tho id be keeping the most worn pair on the rear and then swapping the fronts to the back at the same time as fitting a new set to the front.
