Not with that bottom guide it won't, but I do reckon they're missing a BB spacer there. Obviously just testing the frame at the moment.
Isn't the bottom guide encouraging the chainring to hold onto the chain ?
(agree it's likely just a prototype issue though. Might just be the photo angles but that tyre looks pretty tight to the swingarm too)

Maybe. If you sprayed this bright pink and blue it would sell like hot enduro cakes.
