[#8289827]

I've ordered a new shiny toy from Rose ๐Ÿ™‚ Haven't ordered from them for a few years. They have given me a tracking number for DHL (Germany) which for 3 days now has said it will be sent for export and to then track and trace with Parcelforce. However, its just a numeric tracking number (unlike parcel force's normal alphanumeric) and when I put it in the Parcelforce site it just says nothing - not even your parcel can't be found. Any advice from previous Rose users?

Thanks - from yours, impatiently! ๐Ÿ™‚

I've had a few things from Rose. It normally takes a day longer than CRC/Wiggle etc but otherwise I've had no problems at all.

Depending on the service used it might end up coming via RM. I had a parcel sent this way from Germany a few weeks ago and it took me a little while to find out that the UK carrier was RM not DHL.

won't work on the PM/RM system until they get it.

Thanks - that has prompted me to put it in the RM tracking (rather than Parcelforce) and it does at least say its advised (i.e. I guess DHL have told them its coming) and on a Express 24 when they have got it.

Ok - thanks all, that is a bit more information than I've had since the start of the weekend!
