I placed an order with Rose Bikes on Monday. I had a £10-off voucher from an email I received back in May, but it didn't work at checkout, so I put a note in the 'comments box' on the checkout page, expecting it to be politely ignored.
The gear all turned up yesterday, and today I get an email telling me they've refunded my tenner. How top-notch is that for customer service!
