Ordered parts on Sunday, arrived Tuesday. Good price and rapid delivery. Just thought I'd share!
+1 excellent mail order service
I bought a Reverb from them. Amazing service and I won a holiday too! Shame it was a biking weekend in Austria...
I got an XTR brake cable set from them. It arrived very quickly in a massive box. Inside the massive box was a load of brown paper, a smaller box, about the same size as a shoe box, and the cable set. in the smaller box was a load more brown paper, and a rather nice rose bikes cereal bowl in green and white.
I was like, OMG, you know?
I'm in Switzerland and ordered a load of stuff from Chain Reaction on Tuesday. It's still in "processing" phase and I don't expect to see it until the end of next week. They are not responding to email enquiries about the status.
There's a new world order...
I placed an order with rose-bikes on Tuesday which I had to cancel so I could add some more stuff to. There was a slight problem with that order going onto their systems properly. My emails were all dealt with by the same person, who sorted things out brilliantly and quickly. She even followed things up to check the order was progressing properly.
Stuff was sent last night, now somewhere over the north sea.
Very impressed so far!
I've had a bike from them and some parts, top notch service (an individual has responsibility for your order, great when you're buying an expensive bike) and quick delivery. Good communication throughtout
Yeah - I ordered an xt rear mech and some new cables and got a Rose cereal bowl too ๐
Used them once, got the bowl and some sweets, very good service. Tracking number with me in a few hours
My stuff arrived today. No bowl. No sweets. Just a snap-on reflective strip for your ankles. Shocking! How am I supposed to eat my shreddies with that?
disgusting isn't it, they didn't even send me one when I returned some kit to them for exchange (my fault, but they were extremely professionaly about it, even paid P&P both ways but no bowls!).
G/f was hoping for a set of 6 bowls, only time she ever encouraged me to buy bike bits.
anyone know much about the actual bikes? looking at a rose granite chief...
