I've stayed with ridemalaga / bikeshuttle and they were great. Cheaper than - RoostDH due to lack of catering. Our guide for most of the week was a junior spanish enduro champion and Salva who runs the operation is a proper local known for chainreaction team videos last two years and (apparently) originally making the sram test track amongst others.

I'm definitely going back this winter for a mix of pedal and uplifts.

Roost DH - great trails, very friendly guides and staff, ridiculously plush accommodation. The only negative was the food which could be described as basic. Plenty of it, but far from great.

Switchbacks are worth a look. I stayed with them a few years ago it was good. Sadly it was before they moved into the Scarface mansion and I haven't had a chance to go back yet.
